Oak Park-River Forest High School and the Park District of Oak Park have agreed to host events for the Gay Games this summer, if the village is named as a site for the event.
Soccer will be played at both the high school and at Barrie Park, Oak Park Area Convention and Visitor's Bureau President and CEO Rich Carollo said. The high school will also host badminton and tennis.
"Now that we have those three events squared away, we're working to schedule a fourth event, cycling," Carollo said. "All that's left is for the international committee to name us."

No real cowboy is gay. I grew up on a ranch and used to rodeo a LOT...never met a real cowboy who wanted anything to do with any guy's backside. The individuals you speak of are frauds; gay counter-culture activists attempting to redefine American Icons in a gay light so as to legitimize their twisted lifestyle choice as All-American. I pity them and pray for them.
