I did not claim he didn't...only that he (as demonstrated by the facts) did not meet the F104 flight duty he signed up for--his last two years in the ANG were spent at an Alabama base that had no aircraft. And, in his last year in the Guard, he amassed only 56 points which would not have qualified him for a good Guard year had he chosen to stay in (4 points for each weekend drill + two-weeks ACTDUTRA equals 62 points).
