The Boston Herald/MetroWest Daily News ^ | 12/28/2005 | Norman Miller

A Framingham man calmly described to police how, after a year of abusing cocaine, he kidnapped a woman and her young son in Framingham and repeatedly raped the mom in front of the boy, a Plymouth detective said in court yesterday.

Police also say he raped the woman despite knowing he “likely” has the AIDS virus.

If only our elected officials would GET CONTROL OVER OUR BORDERS and KEEP THESE CRIMINALS OUT OF OUR COUNTRY.

Anybody been to Sao Paulo lately? I don't want to live someplace like that, and neither do any of you. This is a place where they have had to turn off the ATMs at 10pm because so many were being snatched out of their homes and forced at gunpoint to withdraw money.

You do know that frequently, unpleasant news stories are posted at freerepublic.com as a means to foment discussion, don't you? You are not required to view every thread, either. So, if you aren't sure you can stomach a particular story, don't click on it...and don't blame the poster if you do.

Gee how long does it take to confirm someone is a legal or illegal immigrant?

"Why is he still alive?"

My thoughts exactly. He doesn't deserve to take another breath.

As one would expect, the Boston Globe story has no mention of the suspect's immigration status...

"Gee how long does it take to confirm someone is a legal or illegal immigrant?"

Could take a very long time when nobody is allowed to ask. Funny, I've heard of Americans being locked up for refusing, or being unable, to provide valid ID, but these vermin get away with it all the time, and if they do provide ID, it is usually fraudulent. How many American citizens would get away with that?

Evandro Doirado, 28, who lives in Framingham, but is suspected of being an illegal immigrant from Brazil, admitted he snatched the woman from the Framingham Wal-Mart on Dec. 17 and raped her repeatedly until he was arrested the night of Dec. 19...

He was denied bail.

Sad part is that Framingham used to be a very nice, family-oriented, middle-class community. Conservative by Massachusetts standards. Had a large General Motors plant until the early 1990s.

That started to change in the mid 1990s as it became overrun with illegal immigrants from Brazil.

The judge told families not to get involved. What exactly does that mean? Is he afraid maybe there would be some vigilante justice? We can only hope.

No mention of the woman's ethnic background of course. I assume no "hate crime" charges are involved here.

Why is he still alive?

Because he is in Massachusetts... and his lawyers will stoop lower than snake feces to keep him out of prison, social workers of all sorts will testify it's not his fault: it was drugs, it was abuse, he's got Adult-ADD, mommy didn't hug him, he got bad grades at school, some girl laughed at his little wee-wee when he was 12, he couldn't run fast or climb a rope at gym class, he was exposed to horrors on his first of many trips to jail, he didn't make it to the college of his choice, he mussta been raised by a right-wing loon who never voted for Teddy... the judge will take pity on him and suspend the sentence...

... and the Police would be sued and imprisoned if they shot him during the arrest....

Getting the picture now???
