Webster regularly sees and talks with a very unconventional white-robed, bearded Jesus.
Will this Jesus spew disinformation propaganda a la the Davinci Code?

You don't believe that any of those scenarious that are parodied in this show don't happen or exist in real life, real families?
Granted, the chances of ALL of them belonging to one big family are remote, but there are 23 year old homosexual republican sons, 16 year old drug dealing daughters and so in in real America.
As usual tho, "You guys" can't see the forest for the trees and never will when you have your agenda to push also.
And as a footnote to I think it was wardaddy who said "You guys" were against organized religion, you should buy a clue.
I am against RADICAL RELIGIOUS BOYCOTT ORGANIZERS.

2) It will be off the air in 5 weeks. I always used to think you could count on these radicals to put business and money ahead of ideology. I'm not so sure anymore. They might subsidize it just to keep it in our faces.

You said,
Jesus doesn't need to exist to be real. He only needs to be needed."First, Jesus doesn't need to be needed. Second, if He doesn't exist he isn't real, whether he is needed or not. The implication in your statement is that Jesus is real to those who need Him, even if He doesn't really exist. That's the way I take it. Please explain if you meant something else by that.

The thing that turned me off about it was the gay Republican.
HE will probably be wearing a Tom Delay t-shirt.

The Muzlims wouldn't wait. They don't even deny most of the attacks people make on them. That they feel insulted is sufficient.

Risky would be to show the compassion, mercy, justice and love of Christ and how turning to Him changes peoples livesRisky would be portraying the righteously indignant side of Jesus' ministry. The liberalation theologists can't even acknowledge that part, it would destroy their agenda.

I've emailed our local NBC affiliate asking that this show not be aired, and notified friends to do the same.

That's exactly what I meant; there is a comfort to be taken from such belief, why would it matter to you what another man believes?

It seems like NBC's political leanings are outweighing its business sense. Who would watch something like this on a Friday night? The people most likely to watch this show, younger liberals, are pobably out on Friday night and aren't going to go out of their way to set up their TiVo's for this stuff.
Older people who might be home on Friday will generally be more conservative and be turned off by the 'edginess'. I concur that it will be gone by March.

the Seventh Heaven familyHave you ever read the satire called "Taliban Seventh Heaven"> It's quite amusing, I don't know why it couldn't be a series. I looked for the piece on google and wayback, but I can't find it.

Believing it happens in real life is one thing.
Promoting,teaching,encouraging,and defending
it is quite another!!!

Just like a democrat same old play book

Thanks for the blessing.

Can't be a parody in your sanctimonious world, can it???
All TV shows are created just to promote things you are against..I get it now.
"Now go shave your legs".
You do need to get a grip on reality.
