JIM KOLBE, ARIZONIAN of the YEAR
12/26/05 | Bob Haran

Posted on 12/26/2005 6:42:34 AM PST by Bob Haran

The Arizona Republic's Editorial Board selected Jim Kolbe as Arizonian of the Year for 2005. Jim Kolbe did do Arizona a great service in 2005, he decided not to run in 2006. However, Kolbe's selection by the Republic does bring up another issue for debate. Should there be drug testing for the Republic's Editorial Board before selecting the Arizonian for the Year, next year?

He quit and made room for Randy Graf. He is Arizonian of the year.

I can't wait till he is out of the house for good.

IMHO, the paper over the past 10 years has become a bunch of followers of Dr. Timothy Leary's LSD Church of "Drop in Man", or Cheech-N-Chong "Up in Smoke" types who all think that Babbsie S. is the smartest political science speaker/writer around.

J.D. Hayworth or Jon Kyl, easily far better than the illegal-loving homosexual.

* Bob Haran is a Christian - and will only support pro-life, principled conservatives for public office who have the political courage to do what is in the people's best interest.

From author's web site, sounds like a good man.

I'm puking here. I wish I had a subscription to the Repugnant just so that I could cancel it in disgust.

I call it the Arizona Repulsive - and we have no competition and I love getting my news through print. I only dream that someday Phoenix will be big enough for a non-Ganette paper (hopefully less LEFT BIAS). The Repulsive is the worst when it comes to pushing for open borders. I always figured they must be using illegal aliens to print the paper.

If Kolbe is an illegal immigrant lover, someone should send him the links to some of the articles at aztlan. They did choose Kerry as best for their needs (see following article: http://www.aztlan.net/the_election_and_aztlan.htm (the last paragraph explains why they chose Kerry)

Here are some of the titles and links to articles that should shock the progressive democrats:

'US Supreme Court's decision on "sodomy" will worsen the AIDS epidemic'
http://www.aztlan.net/supremecourtsodomy.htm

'Sodomites force the closure of 65 Catholic parishes in Boston'
http://www.aztlan.net/65_parishes_close.htm

(following article is mostly about the cross being removed from the Los Angeles County Seal, but it includes some major bashing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg for her past association with the ACLU and her ruling on the sodomy case...)
http://www.aztlan.net/cross_la_seal.htm
