The International Monetary Fund yesterday approved a new $685 million loan for Iraq, saying the country has stabilized its economy despite continued violent conflict. The loan, the second from the IMF after a $436 million emergency loan in 2004, reflects the lending agency's judgment that Iraq's government is doing its best to revive the war-torn economy. The loan clears the way for major debt relief from Western nations.

This is what the democrats have been trying hard to prevent for the last two months. If they could force a withdrawel, they could avoid this. Now the international community is accepting what they couldn't. Iraq is stablizing. We are winning. 25 million people can expect to see things get much better in up coming years.

While the IMF is not the tightest with its money, this loan approval to Iraq undermines Democrats claim of no improvement in Iraq. This also gives lends credence to the White House statements that Iraq is improving and being more stable.
Yep. Now watch the RATs and lieberals, who favored throwing IMF money all over the world to their fellow-traveller socialists and Communists, object to this.
Said it before, I'll say it again: The good news from Iraq will be too good and too plentiful for the ratmedia to sweep under the rug. The lemmings have computers and can get the truth bypassing the ratmedia.
