Nothing like trying to get out of town ahead of the Sherrif. Especially since he and Rockefeller are under investigation for leaking the info. FRANKLY I AM FED UP WITH THE DUMS AND MSM FIGHTING THE JIHAD IN THE US FOR OBL. why is everyone so afraid to state the obvious. There is only one reason to leak topsecret/secret info. HELPING THE ENEMY TO DEFEAT THE UNITED STATES

resigned or not, he was still the judge that approved the spying. Now he doesn't have the balls to defend his decision. If he had reservations about the decision, why did he approve?

"Judge Napolitano says there are many ways for a judge to express displeasure or disagreement. This particular judge chose the only method guaranteed to generate maximum headlines."

Not true. Had he really wanted to make a statement, he could have called a news conference, and set himself on fire. About 20 years ago, here in western PA, we had a small time crooked politico, blow his brains out in a live tv news conference. The tv station {after warning you, that what they were about to show, was very graphic, and should not be seen by chilrun} re-played the suicide, every hour until the tape wore out. The station was crtitzied by the other stations because they would not share the tape. Take the high ground, indeed!!!

"No offense, but we knew this back on Tuesday, the day before this story came out in the papers."

Many freepers {me included} are on line every day, some people have real lives, and can not do it. If you have already read the article, why do you bother to re-read it? Just so you can let some one know that you already knew something they didn't? I have a NEW technique for you, if you've already read the article, JUST SKIP IT.

I'll give him a lighter.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com Robertson would not comment Wednesday on his resignation, but The Washington Post reported that it stemmed from deep concern that the surveillance program

the mutt has no comment, so the Post makes up sh!t and then ABC reports it as FACT!!! talk about an echo chamber...

Two reasons, one, to potentially out trolls, and two, to prevent reposting of old news. Two days is considred pretty old on a story that had numerous posts, which a quick search would have told him.

I didn't slam the guy or anything. That is not out of bounds here on FR.

I'm always grateful for someone posting a new take on an ongoing story, or one I haven't seen yet, whether it's been posted before or not. Don't be discouraged by those who complain...........just check their postings. You'll find that those who criticize the most have brought precious little to the table themselves, other than more complaints. They were free to not click on the article in the first place, if they've already seen such a post, but couldn't resist stopping in to take a cheap shot. Ignore them. Thanks for the posting of a take I hadn't read before, and Merry Christmas.

I guess I don't understand if Bush never went to the Court for a warrant how would this Judge know about it?

This means that 91.9% of the FISA judges agree with the President's actions?

The court is probably notified of this type of action.Since it is time sensitive, it would have to be after the fact.

What gets me is he is a Thing appoitee, and the Thing used this same power ,why didn't he resign then.

Nah ..him and Rockefeller still think they are living in the age of aquarius. 9-11 didn't happen and Dick Nixon is still alive. They don't get it, the msm is powerless, and so are they. americans have an enormous amount of freedom now. The internet gave us the freedom from msm propaganda, #elitist politicos that "know whats good for you"

Some time prior to 9-11 (and not very far before that date), there was a program on TV about our Bio labs and the first time I heard the word ANTHRAX. I remember saying OUT LOUD, (talking to myself): Why the hell is this on TV??? I was livid.

I'm concerned that this leak and the subsequent TV expose on THIS matter will produce a worm hole for terrorists.

Most likely he was suspended...when that happened he resigned knowing he was in the cross hairs of the DOJ.

I couldn't agree more. Everytime the msm does one of their Top secret leak stories, I get angry. you know they are not neive or stupid. So that leaves only one other scenerio, they are willingly working for the Jihadist. And therefore personally responsible for the death of ANY American serviceperson in theatre.
