Military defense and Economic defense ... the Military-Katrina-ANWR bill is an excellent multi-defense initiative. Democrats are insane if they filibuster. Let the vote begin!

Cheney is probably in a back corridor - we know he is in the building because of his tie-break vote earlier today.

Republicans will cave on this. We lost 5 republicrat senators already. ANWR is going to die and the headlines in the Slimes tomorrow will read:

"Republican abuse of Miltary bill to get ANWR through Fails"

This amazes me. What are they so afraid of?

Totally AMAZING how many Senators are willing to vote against milirary defense and economic defense ... this should be good fodder for the 2006 elections!

Time to vote them out for their no vote. Which is probably what they were afraid of if they had voted yes. Another major difference between Conservatives and Liberals.

MSM will report the way the Liberals want: i.e., due to the attempted rules violation of including ANWAR in the Defense Bill, Democrats refused to be blackmailed, yadayadayada.....

I hate to have to say this, but the bad guys win this one. Attaching ANWR to a Defense Authorization is not and will not play well.

This vote will serve a purpose of putting the RATS on record as voting against our military and when the elections comes up they're toast.
