OSCEOLA -- An Osceola police officer was arrested last week on felony charges relating to sexual acts he allegedly committed with a 15-year-old girl.
Ronald Lusk, 50, was arraigned Monday on two felony counts of sexual misconduct with a minor and one misdemeanor count of furnishing alcohol to a minor.
An investigation into Lusk's conduct began Thursday, when the girl's mother found her daughter drinking an alcoholic beverage and learned that Lusk had bought it for the girl.
Officers later obtained the girl's diary, which described sexual activity between her and Lusk on Sept. 3 at his home in St. Joseph County.
Lusk initially denied the sexual activity, but later admitted that he had engaged in sexual misconduct with the girl six times, beginning last summer, according to court records.
A town councilman confirmed Tuesday that Lusk is a part-time police officer for Osceola, and has been suspended without pay during the investigation.
Lusk will have his initial hearing Jan. 4 before Judge John Marnocha in St. Joseph Superior Court.
50 and 15, there is no excuse.
We don't have a St. Joseph county in Florida. What state is this from?
I wouldn't call the police until I had bashed him about the knee caps with my Louisville Slugger a few times.
Indiana.
I think the death penalty is severely underused
His pic will soon be on the net.

Read that and got confused, thanks for the info.
Don't shoot, my mistake.
I wouldn't dream of shooting at you. I was reading the article hoping to not see any of my police academy buddies (Here in FL) in trouble.
15 will get him 20
Whoops! Wrong thread.
Advice to older men: Stay away from younger women!

Is this a serious case of "mid-life crisis" or "second childhood"?
