Massachusetts Senator Ted Kennedy says President Bush is wrong to try and silence his Iraq-war critics by calling them defeatists... I don't think the President wants to silence anybody. If the Donks want to make asses of themselves, I don't anybody on the 'Pubbie side of thing has any problem with that.
If the Donks finally realize that they sound like a bunch of idiots, maybe they will sit down and shut up on their own. But that would not be because they were silenced. It will be because they have had a flash of insight and intelligence.
But nobody is holding their breath waiting for that to happen...

I was wishing last night that the president had picked up a white flag and said "the defeatists in the democrat party want me to wave this flag and retreat... but I wont'".

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Massachusetts Senator Ted Kennedy says President Bush is wrong to try and silence his Iraq-war critics by calling them defeatists. "Decay and Corruption go hand-in-hand with Defeatism and a Lack of Action!"
"Apollo" to "Adama" on Battlestar Galactica Pilot, circa 1979.
26 yeats ago, Hollywood understood. Apparently Liberals are regressing to the Anal stage of "development".
"Corruption, Decay, Defeatism, Lack of Action." That should be on the Donkey Party's Seal!

Reporter: "Who is Teddy Kennedy?".
5th grader, New York City: "Teddy Kennedy is a very fat rich person who drinks a lot and lives in Massachusetts."
Teddy, who is not an achiever, grows large, like a mushroom, by living in the shadows of his murdered brothers.
He hates the military and despises my father's commander in Chief. He killed his secretary."
Kennedy's response: "I,AM NOT A MUSHROOM!"

"However the Democratic lawmaker said Bush should acknowledge that the Iraq war has emboldened the terrorists, and increased their ranks. "
This murdering and treasonous weak willed alcoholic Liberal Bastard Jackoff(LBJ) and his conspiring twits are more responsible for the emboldened terrorist then the murding pedophile prophet that they follow. It wouldn't surprise me if there is a mosque hidden in the whiskey warehouse on that Prohibition funded compound in Hyannis.

Yeah, and because of Iraq Al Qaeda might become "emboldened" enough to fly planes into two of our skyscrapers... Oh wait...

Maybe she did; I don't know. I was paraphrasing Ann anyway. (Sorry, Ann.) But if she did borrow from your inspiration, it's a compliment--and a clever observation.
