(Excerpt) Read more at foxnews.com ...
This is friggn great.....
The press/Democratic/Rhino egomanical senators, professors JUST DONT GET IT!. But the average person does. We got our asses kicked on 9/11 and many times before that. We're in a friggn war not some academic excercise. SHAMEFUL...Bush hit the nail about leak of his program.
He needs to stay awake at the wheel as far as Public Relations is concerned... Sure he "doesnt care about the polls"....
But he needs to get up there over and over again and remind
the voters what's important. only the freaks in the media/academia give a rat's butt about monitoring calls of foreigners communicating to other foreigners.
As the Jews say about the holocaust "Never Again"...That's Bush's job...Never again will we be asleep at the wheel and play legalistic games w/potential terrorists. Yes, we will get attacked again, but we're doing our best to stop it
Brought up Bush's comments about the 9/11 Commission and it's F-grad report card to the government that needs to connect the dots on the WOT and they haven't connected the dots since 9/11, by killing the patriot act they'll never connect the dots.
It means THEY think they are top dog and in charge of this country
Now he is talking about the President's attitude
He is a pompous POS
And then there's Arlen Specter, expert on Scottish law.
Everyone of the the RATS keep making the claim that the President could go to the FISA court after the fact but who's to say he didn't. The President didn't say he did or didn't.
I also let him know we out here in middle America want an investigation even a SP on this leak case.
Shouldn't you be scouring the 'Net looking for mildly negative economic news to blow out of proportion?
Oh, that's a good one!
Did anyone else see this? Caught it in the background while on the phone. On Fox the new guy from CNN asked former Senator Graham from FL if he leaked the NSA surveillance story to the NY Times! Also asked if the leaker should be prosecuted and Graham hemmed and hawed. They are nervous because one of them is really a RAT and is going down.
Rush playing soundbites from speech and says that the president called out Dingy Harry.
The press is trying to make the wiretaps into Watergate and pretends that all this never, ever happened before Bush.
Commercial.
There is a live Rush thread here:

Feingold is making a fool of himself.
Hemmer just asked the question of the day for the Dems. "Should the person who leaked the information about the NSA operation be prosecuted?" "Was that a shameful act as the President suggested?" That soundbite from the president will be pulled and played all day. This question needs to be asked today before they prepare a lame response.
BSF, I think you point out something real there. The left in this country does not want to connect the dots. Then they would actually have to do something about the picture that the connected dots paints. They would actually have to take a positive stance on actions moving forward to deal with the picture and that goes against their very ideology of opposing everything all the time.
The original Authority
The Records of the Federal Convention of 1787;
the President is empowered to repel sudden attacks without awaiting congressional action and to make clear that the conduct of war is vested exclusively in the President.
I never get a response.
What address did you use please
You've got to be kidding.
Russ says the President doesn't have a leg to stand on legally and they need to back off
They will not tolerate it .. the President is not the sole ??? (policy maker)
Makes me wanna retch when the media refers to that pompous ass as a "Centrist Democrat", there's no such thing as a "Centrist Democrat".
