This is wgat i ofund on a quick check search... The Constitution actually only provides for the Vice President to succeed the President. The Constitution, in Article 2, Section 1 and Amendments 20 and 25, basically says that aside from the VP, the line of succession is by law. The exact order is in the U.S. Code, specifically 3 USC 19. Right now, the order is Speaker of the House, President Pro Tem of the Senate, then the members of the Cabinet (in the order the agencies were added).
Thought that the cabinet pecking order was rather unique.
Don't put anything beyond the clinton's ...they're satan spawn( you can find "666" on the left side of hildabeast's neck on her gills).
Mia T you've been pinged to a thread on your favorite scuzz....

Full line...
The 25th Amendment reiterates what is stated in Article 2, Section 1: that the Vice President is the direct successor of the President. He or she will become President if the President cannot serve for whatever reason. The 25th also provides for a President who is temporarily disabled, such as if the President has a surgical procedure or if he or she become mentally unstable.
The original Constitution provides that if neither the President nor Vice President can serve, the Congress shall provide law stating who is next in line. Currently that law exists as 3 USC 19, a section of the U.S. Code. This law was established as part of the Presidential Succession Act of 1947. There, the following line of succession is provided:
- Speaker of the House of Representatives
- President Pro Tempore of the Senate
- Secretary of State
- Secretary of the Treasury
- Secretary of Defense
- Attorney General
- Secretary of the Interior
- Secretary of Agriculture
- Secretary of Commerce
- Secretary of Labor
- Secretary of Health and Human Services
- Secretary of Housing and Urban Development
- Secretary of Transportation
- Secretary of Energy
- Secretary of Education
- Secretary of Veterans Affairs
- Secretary of Homeland Security (not yet set by law)

Not-so-nice email just sent to her thighness. How dare she spill the beans about a secret trip just so she could look like she was telling him what to do?

Why the AP/Reuters DISGUSTS me:
Cheney Visits Iraq; Attacks Kill 19
And just try finding a picture of Cheney. There's one not very flattering one of him mixed in with over 300 pictures of bombings and victims. JERKS.

Hillary's spies knew Cheyne was enroute to Baghdad, so she puts out her "order". How small of that witch! She thinks stunts like this will put her in the White House, which shows how stupid she thinks Americans are. Only her brain-dead admirers would fall for this stunt, since a visit like Cheyne's takes weeks to prepare. How I hate that woman.
To: F14 Pilot
The "JERKS" part is directed toward the AP, not the Iraqis who have suffered-- obviously. It's just frustrated how the AP is "johnny on the spot" when it comes to bad news about Iraq and any good news is INVISIBLE.

In the event anything happened to Cheney (per Hillary's plans) you know the speaker and the pres pro tem would step aside, and then Hildabeast would be facing an incumbant Condi in 08.

"I would like to know how Hillary got this information"- th CIA does not have a good record for keeping security for this adminsitration- I would look there first.
To: kittymyrib
I think it was just coincidence.

Congressmen and Senators don't require a security clearance.Thanks. I'd forgotten that. Seems to me I recall hearing that they don't have to undergo backround checks, either, before they're allowed access to classified info.
Boy, is that a rotten idea.

What's next from Hillary;
Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton offers Vice President Dick Cheney more unsolicited advice: Don't beat your wife.
Hillary, about Cheney, Iraq and his wife...he was going to... and he doesn't....

U.S. Vice-President Dick Cheney talks with U.S. soldiers after touring the 9th Mechanized Infantry Division of the Iraqi Army at the Taji Air Base in Iraq December 18, 2005. Cheney visited Iraq on Sunday for the first time since the 2003 invasion, as hardline leaders from both sides of the country's sectarian divide renewed calls for American troops to go home. Cheney, a chief architect of the war to oust Saddam Hussein, met Iraq's prime minister and president during his 8-hour visit, and hailed last Thursday's election as 'tremendous'. I sure would like to see that. It seems at every turn the Democrats try hard to aid the enemy and I am not to sure who is running America with all the faults that have been exposed of the FBI and CIA. Both of these organizations seem to be more political with each passing day and I really believe it is impossible to keep a secret in Washington,DC. The press, these two agencies and the Democrats are locked at the hip together.
