House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said yesterday that Democrats should not seek a unified position on an exit strategy in Iraq, calling the war a matter of individual conscience and saying differing positions within the caucus are a source of strength for the party.

Does she think the Iraqis' position is okay?

Just wait til you see the panty wads next year if we happen to have to take or support military action against Iran.
Of course she says it with a straight face. She's had too many facelifts to allow any facial muscles to move at all. Her eyes haven't closed all the way for years.

And she can check with MeeMaw Blankie on the latest lipstick styles! Especially when touring disaster areas with the POTUS!
I just love public Hipocracy on such a grand scale, don't you?
FMCDH(BITS)
She's trying to make us believe that these lemons are lemonade. (And BTW did you know that SH, too, is a millionairess limousine liberal?)
SH = SHE
Note to Nancy: It is really not a matter of diversity, it is just that the folks in your party are lost. No compass. No guiding light. Just stuck in the morass of relativity. But then that is why your party will continue to dissolve into irrevelancy - oh, whoops, you are already there, aren't you?
I agree they see an historic happenig in Iraq that is going to work against them, so they are reduced to the position of many jealous women who, when appraising a beautiful woman will say, "Oh, I don't think she is that pretty."
When some die hard Communists decided that Communism was likely to fail as an economic model, especially when compared to free enterprise, they decided to morph it into a cultural ideology. To do tis, they had to slowly and subtle change the Western, religion oriented, culture.
Of their many psychological ploys were two that are evident in Congress and the press right now. One was to never take a stance on anything, just oppose everything the other side does. Another was to confuse the language, like calling treason patriotism. The Democrats are just actors following a script. (Other strategies have been hard at work changing our education system into leftist propaganda mills, rewriting history, changing our values into a sexually perverted society, and taking over the media.)
If one would study the origins and the evolution of Communism he could see it playing out as plain as a movie right in front of our faces.
But basically the DemoRats are too dumb to tie their own shoes.
Nope, they are very shrewed and they are successfully deceiving us daily.
She may not have had a choice. Her caucus is fractious and there are other candidates for Minority Leader...
She is probably just covering her back.
They're going to leave the entire Iraq issue fallow in 2006. A lot of moonbats are going to be staying home on election day.
They don't want to take a stupid position and have everyone eventually figure out they are stuck on stupid.
Ah, don't you just love diversity in the Dem party?
If the Repubs disagree, it's DISUNITY and INFIGHTING. If they disagree, it's DIVERSITY. Ha, ha.
Diverse? ..as in, for the war and against it all at the same time. The rats and the msm are the true Axis of Evil.
This country isn't strong because it contains hundreds of disparate cultures. It is strong because it is a melting pot. In that cauldron, cultural distinctions blur and an alloy emerges that is different from all its individual components but stronger for the blending.
It is when that blending fails to occur that the society fragments and the alloy is weak. "Diversity" is an utter lie.
That is a spot-on summation of the American Identity. Just simply fantastic.
Thank you.
The Left would have us believe that it is the ingredients that make a strong country. I believe that it is as much the PROCESS. Just as eggs, flour, milk, and oil do not make a cake until it is baked, so a bunch of individual beliefs do not make America. It is only when they UNITE that the American ideal emerges.
The ingredients are diverse. The product is not.
