The liberal activist whose been trying to draft Hillary Clinton into the presidential race since 2004 says her husband is ruining her chances for the 2008 nomination.
"Bill's position on trying to get her to be centrist is not relevant since 9/11," Bob Kunst tells the New York Post. "People are looking for a leader, not the same old politics."
Kunst runs the web site HillaryNow.com. He ran TV ads in New Hampshire last year in a bid to get Mrs. Clinton to run against John Kerry.
He now fears, however, that the old Clinton triangulation strategy is hurting Hillary with the party's radical base. And for that he blames Mr. Clinton, who he says is "betraying her."....
Hillary doesn't have the charm to win. Did you hear her speech at the Democratic convention last year? It was one-star awful. She needs Bill, probably more than Bill needs her.
As for the Left, they should know by now that triangulation, however offensive, is the only way they could win. They tried an unabashed leftie and he flopped hopelessly.

You may (or may not) find this funny.
But I have several friends who are supporters of Hillary and went to some of her fundraisers.
Speaking is not her strong point, they compared it to fingernails across a chalkboard.
They also said that Hillary said some really weird way out there stuff at the fundraiser that left them scratching their heads and a few people confused.
Her staff is also all idiots.
Who cares?
Triangulation isn't an easy task, even with a friendly audience.
I'm not going to say ol' Bill was a good man, but at least he had some genuine charisma, which made people forget the glaring inconsistencies in his positions.
As for her staff, that's what you get when you throw lampshades at people. The good ones quit and the lousy ones hang on.

My friends, have no idea why she said the things that she did.
She insulted Iowa for awhile.
She took nasty potshots at Kerry (which, like him or hate him, made no sense).
She needs better handlers otherwise she is going to shoot herself in the foot in the democratic primaries.

That's usually my impression too. It's painful to listen to, doubly so when she starts screeching at the top of her lungs.

As for the comments about Bill. I couldnt agree more. He wants her to fail, and she is SUCH an idiot that she is still willing to follow him blindly. The reason I loathe this woman so much is that, as a female, she is a national embarrassment. Feminist my @$$. She is the ultimate dormat.
Clinton, betray his own wife? Say it isn't so! Bill could never be unfaithful to Hillary.
This is the new strategy. Hillary runs to the center to gain support with centrists. At some point, the blame will be placed on Bill's influence and then she will "see the light" and run left to win the primary. Then Bill is reintroduced before the general election and she creeps back to the center.
Boy, did you hit the nail on the head. This woman is diabolical. Imagine this type of pathological mindset running (ruining) our country. It's insane. What's even more insane is that 50% of the electorate appear to be falling for this act. If people are not smart enough to see through this woman, I'm afraid theres nothing Conservatives can do to educate them. The Catch-22 for us is that, if we expose her, she "wins" as a victim of mean spirited Republican attacks.
