Interesting article. What will they think, though, when Giuliani and McCain get hammered in the primaries?

Clinton snared the majority of the Democratic voters polled. And with more than two years before the primaries, she was ahead of her two nearest potential competitors by nearly 30 percentage points.Good! Maybe then we can get her to address the rape accusation against her husband?

Anyone think to ask what Rudy's chances would be against Hitlery next year?

If hitlery keeps scaring/paying/threatening off her opponents before there is even a vote (Guiliani & now Pirro), why waste time on an election? We don't have anyone fearless enough or clean enough to challenge her so it would seem prudent to just go straight for impeachment and save time.
Pirro's dropping out is just too dam convenient and I ain't buying any of the explanations. Who the heck drops out of a Senate race for an AG job promise??
The corruption is blantantly disgusting.

As of now, my guess would be that the winner will be Anyone But Hillary.

Rudy may pick up a lot of moderate voters but lose a lot of conservative voters like myself.

Former Senator from South Dakota, Tom Daschle, reported from his wife's Virginia mansion that he has not ruled out a Presidential bid. If Daschle were to run for president he like George McGovern would not come close to winning their home state of South Dakota.

my early prediction:
Allen/Rice 53%
vs
Clinton/Barack 47%
The only potential problem I see is a McCain independent run (ala Perot) when he gets trounced in the GOP primaries or a Clinton/McCain ticket which I think is unlikely.

Rudy isnt conservative enough?
he might be liberal on a few issues, if any of you realistically think, anyone else from the republican party even has a slight chance, you are fooling yourself. The only 3 popular repubs are Condi, Rudy, and McCain... if one of them doesnt win the primaries, looks like we will have a hillary administration in '08.

Clinton was the favorite of 43 percent of the Democrats polled ... and should be by every clear thinking Republican. She will be a tough as a ripe banana to beat.
