Tehran Times is reproducing this mega barfer from Der Spiegel (a leading German newspaper). This is exactly what the Iranians and the Syrians must be doing with the New York Times articles and the Dimocrat rantings.

Um... half of them came from Arab countries.
Let's recreate Israel on the oil bearing areas of Iraq and the Persian Gulf. How's that for an idea?

But as often happens with wishes and dreams that come true, hardly had the Europeans solved the problem, but a new one was created. It is indeed difficult to explain to the Palestinians why they should share their country with the Jews who were treated badly in Europe. The Palestinians are not responsible for either the pogroms from Kishinev to Kielce, nor for the concentration camp politics of the Nazis. This columnist's knowledge of history is suspiciously selective. The Mufti of Palestine was a close ally of Mussolini and Hitler, and provided material and logistical support for the Holocaust and strategic and tactical support for the Axis campaigns of WWII. From the point of view of holding guilty parties responsible, it made exactly as much sense to destroy the Mufti's Palestine as it did to destroy Hitler's Germany or Hirohito's Japan.

Historically speaking, the Jewish people were there first. There were no muslims or palis several thousand years ago.

Does anyone have any idea what sort of treatment Mr. Henryk M. Broder is undergoing in the mental hospital?
When not writing incisive international power politics analysis, that is.
It is a pity indeed that this political anlytical genius was not active during the dreadful misunderstandings involving mahometans and India.
Just think, India could have been moved lock, stock and barrel perhaps to England, or to Germany, simply because some savages from the Arabian peninsula took a fancy to it. Does sound perfectly reasonable -- to anyone with an IQ under 40.
In the simple world of muslim madness anything and all things are possible simultaneously and, most remarkably, in wars resulting in the most total, complete and humiliatingly thorough defeats the losers get to decide how the victor will be dealt with.
There is a certain childish humor in the entire notion, adult thinking turned upside down.

Okay, let's see what Germany's new citizens are going to face.
From what I understand, Germany is a cold-climate area. Right now, it's 43 in Berlin. Tomorrow's high is 40.
In Tel-Aviv Israel it's 8:30am and the temperature is 63. High's going to be 73.
I can assure you through personal experience that moving from a warm to a cold climate area is guaranteed misery.
Even if you're inclined to forgive the Germans for trying very hard to kill you, I don't see how moving from Israel to Germany is going to make anyone happy.
At least the article writer had an original approach, but I fear it won't fly.

This Master of Mayhem's latest flash of brilliance was to move Israel as far away as Alaska. We'd be more than honored, but the last I heard, that is not G_d's plan or Israel would be here already. The outcome is in His hands.

If one were to present an award for continued imbecility, Muslims would be the recipients, every year. They just don't seem to get it: Israel exists. It isn't going to move, nor are the Jews going to be driven from the an area that belongs to them by historic right.

The return for the Germans would be even bigger. They would finally have the "Jewish contribution to German culture" back that they have so painfully missed since 1939. No more yearning for fresh bagels, Klezmer music, kosher finger food, Jewish inventors, or Nobel Prize winners. They would all be included in the German statistics.
You know, we could waste a lot of time trying to refute the claims made by the author of this article. But in the end, it wouldn't matter. As the sarcastic little snippet above reveals, the author is first and foremost an anti-semite. He should be recognized as such and repudiated as such.
