I only wish his speech writers would carefully review this interview. Note the President speaks in very short sentences with peculiar upward inflection of his voice at the end of some sentences. This is charming in MHO but ignored as one of his verbal characteristics by his speech writers who more often than not write a speech to be read by a MLA professor.
I wish Laura or someone would start on one of his "verbal whiskers." That is he interjects "uhh" far too often. He obviously is a person who thinks before he speaks and I believe this "uhh" is sort of a filler of estimated speech time before he can complete an answer. Overcoming something like this is very tough and the person doing so would have to be close to the President. Ordinarily "verbal whiskers" are fiercely defended by the speaker and his supporters.
Unlike many in public office no one will ever accuse the President of psychopathic fluency. Mention no names but you can make an educated guess or two.
Mail returned.
Apparently, my interpretation, D.C. still has not adjusted to taking the President at face value. This explains why M&M were bemused and in Mara's case even sceptical it had been his intention. Apparently it needs to be explained as one would to a child in a step by step program he wanted unity. Mort evidently missed it. In Mara's case, Democrats view bi-partisanship as complete capitulation. Anything short of that is deemed partisan or weakness.
It's definitely worth catching in its replay.
brit should be given more interviews. It was at ease, as well as informative. The panel did have a good response, I believe it was Fred? in stating he managed to silence a number of specuculations in D.C. the last few weeks in quick manner. His closeness to the VP, Rummy sticking around..etc..
( and in most of the speeches the President makes to various groups that I get to hear , whenever the media chooses to replay um, which is NOT MUCH ...not missing the fact that our President even said to Brit tonight that although he speaks often regarding Iraq, it is hard to break through the glass doors
[ I think he said glass doors, please correct this if I am wrong ]
....billy klinton never had to worry about glass doors being shut, that patsy pasty hunk of girlie man NEVER had to wonder if katie colic or peter jennings or danny rather etc failing to cover (slobber over) everything he uttered! )
our
President
reminded
me
FULLY
OF
WHY I LOVE this good leader, inside and out!!!!
When our President ends his speeches with may God continue to Bless the United States of America.....
I think to myself...Surely GOD has BLESSED ALL OF US with a wondrous leader, a wonderful ROLE MODEL, a man of conviction and strength, a man unimpeded by ridiculous polls and a man who is NOT AFRAID TO MAKE HARD DECISIONS!
Thank you FATHER in HEAVEN for this WONDERFUL HUMAN BEING!
Oh, okay..........I'll stay up then, if you all think it's worth it. Lord knows we need to see some POSITIVE stuff.
Apparently. As I said, it makes no sense to me, but I guess it computes in a political brain that I don't own.
Watch it, I'm going to have to stay up to see the first 20 mins, which I missed because of traffic.

It is a incredibly perfect term for those who can walk backwards and forwards and sideways all at the same time, impressive at first, very, very manipulative and rapidfire...its just that later, upon review, open to many different interpretations. A safe verbal game, if tricky,
one played by people afraid of taking a stand.
John kerry does it all the time, seems like a amateur tho.
bill klinton...a master psychopathic babbler. Which is why the press corp for the most part, woefully undereducated and overly endowed with ego, were and are so easily sucked up into the klinton nightmare.
And don't we thank God for that every single night? :-)
I'm going to watch the Los Angeles Kings live tonight at Staples Center. That means I'm going to miss the replay of this interview.
Did you (or anyone) roll tape on this interview? If not, is Brit's show repeated overnight? I know H&C is repeated at 11pm, and the Greta van Holloway show is repeated at midnight. If someone rolled tape on this, and could send me a DVD copy, could you please FReepmail me? Thanks.
OMG it's so worth it. He is so genuine, so warm, so down to earth you feel you're speaking to someone you've known all your life. I saw it in it's entirety and never wanted it to end so I plan to watch the rerun. What a contrast from last's night hit piece by Brian Williams.
Just when you feel warm and cuddly Mort Kondracke reminds us we must share the universe with hateful liberals.
Far as I know it only repeats at 9:00 PST.
I do know FOX shows have been showing clips of the interview so far tonight. If you can't see the whole thing, might catch the other shows that repeat later for those clips.
You can watch the interview on foxnews.com. here: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,178741,00.html
I missed the show also ...
But here is a link to watch the interview

Thanks for the ping.
Ask him why he's become such a major disappointment to conservatives?
