Have to give Nancy Grace credit. She spent a lot of time reminding people of the victims whose lives were lost to this low life piece of garbage.

The surviving family members have lived in terror that they would be targeted by tookie's gang banger buddies.

The expression doesn't mean we can't love God - rather it means idiomatically, He gave us a choice between good and evil, between life and death. And He warned us that doing evil would have consequences for us we wouldn't like. To fear God, means avoiding the wrong path. Sometimes we all fall off the strait and narrow way and usually with His help, we find our way back again. We do have free will and our fear of what could happen when we trangress the limits that keep us moral brings us closer to loving God as we ought.

Tookie was his gang name. Doesn't that tell you everything you need to know.

He continued to be called by that gang name.

An hour or two before the big moment, CNN had Mike Farrel spewing nonsense. It was all about his anger, his compassion. (He was offended.)Then MSNBC: Jesse J. interviewed by Rita Cosby. In reverential tones "Me, me, me, me...I'm important and you're not. I got to see 'Tuckie'." Jesse switched effortlessly from "Free Tuckie'" to "Well, 'Tuckie's' toast, but he's on his way to heaven." This wasn't about Tookie. It was just another chance for Liberals to get face time on TV. They used him. I hope he knows that.

Tookie had his TS card punched one last and final time.

I suspect the Pearly Gates were closed and St Peter may have given him a short lecture and sent him on his way.

That's no lady. That's the person who co-wrote the children's book with tookie. Said the first time she met him she knew he was innocent. She was there in the prison doing research......no doubt on how racist the death penalty is.

She is one of those who gave the black power salute and shouted at the end.

I guess Louie Fharrakan in his "Astroplane" was too slow in beaming Tookie up, and out of the death chamber.

Sure, the abuse, is rotten. At the end of the day Arnie was only saying that due process had been done and been seen to be done. I think that there is a case for saying that had Arnie reprieved Tookie it would have seriously undermined your judicial system.

RDB3 WROTE: "Though Williams deserved the death penalty, I take no pleasure in his death. Justice was carried out according to California law, and I'm content with that."

More than that, it was carried out according to GOD's law...and I'm content with that.

Gen 9:6 - "Whoever sheds the blood of man, BY MAN SHALL his blood be shed."

Lev 24:17 - If anyone takes the life of a human being, he MUST be put to death."

Lev 24:21 - "Whoever kills an animal must make restitution, but whoever kills a man MUST be put to death...I am the LORD your GOD."

While Jesus was on the Cross with the two men who were receiving CAPITAL PUNISHMENT for mere THEFT, Jesus said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it being wrong for the government to execute them---for THEFT!!!

That would have been a PRIME OPPORTUNITY for Jesus to condemn the death penalty if He had a problem with it..and He DIDN'T, because GOD DEMANDS IT!!!

GOD's Word, and Jesus' condoning it via silence at THE opportune time, is good enough for me!

(Jessie Jackson) had the stupid audacity to go on TV and claim that he didn't know if this murderer was guilty. I got news for you Jesse, it isn't up to you and we don't give a damn what you think.

Jessie Jackson is planting a seed of racial resentment today, one of the many he has sown over the years. The guilt or innocence of Tookie is irrelevant to him. He knows that some African Americans will believe that Tookie was innocent, especially if someone of his "stature" says so. This will cause distrust and alienation in the African American community. Some day, he hopes to harvest the fruit of what he has sown today.

There is a minority culture of conspiracy theory in this country. There are people who believe that the levees in NO were dynamited, that Tookie was innocent, that the Jews were told to stay home on 9/11 and that OJ was framed. No amount of common sense is going to reach these people, because they are happy in their delusions. Jessie Jackson is cynically feeding in to this, making sure these people remain in their fantasy world, where they will be marginalized and dependent on their new African American race-hustler masters.

Jesse Jackson is beneath contempt.

Here in Germany there is much news coverage about this Tookie-Case, the lefties use this opportunity to bash on America again while they are silent when Iran or China execute and torture every day innocents.

"I do not fully support because I do not think any one has the right to eliminate a person....."

In one sense you are right- no one has the right to eliminate a person... but that is not the fact of the matter.

I do not support the death penalty but I do acknowledge that the state has a right to take a life after due process.
