Hawkeye wants Tookie released immediately and given 26 years' restitution""

I got his stinking "restitution" and it's coming out of the barrel of my shotgun.

Wonder if Mike Farrell and his friends would have Tookie over for dinner at their fancy houses or allow him to read bedtime stories to their children alone...NOT!
Hey Hollywood: if you wouldn't welcome this guy into your own house, why on earth would you plead to let him back out on the streets?""

That has been my point for years.
My solution:
ANY lawyer who wants to plea bargain and get a perp released, the LAWYER has to take the PERP into his house, supply food, board, and have this perp inside the family with the lawyer and his family.
If the perp follows his criminal traits and screws up. LAWYER loses his license for life. Perp goes back to jail.

Judges who let perps off easy: They get one warning after the first perp screws up, then the second one who messes up the good thoughts of the judge, the judge gets booted off the bench for life, and he cannot work as lawyer, either.
With those rules in place, I wonder just how many perps will get pleaded down or turned out on OR?

Unfortunately, Mike Farrell is so stupid he would allow him to come over to his house.

"Governor Schwarzenegger has demonstrated he is another cowardly politician," Farrell said, adding the governor tortured Williams in the wait for clemency

"Mike Farrell has demonstrated that he condones murder and has no regard for the law" I said, adding the actor tortured America with his piss poor acting.

Like. Coming from the ACLU, who cares?

Rioters will. They will take the feckless "moral" outrage of the ACLU, Amneski Internationale and Mike Feral as a cue. And, btw, don't fool yourselves, the lefties know this. They will secretly consider rioting a vindication of their views. Although what it really "vindicates" is the indulgent and infantile nature of their refusal to graciously accept political defeat on an issue that was thoroughly and fairly aired, investigated and debated.

I feel liberals' pain. I thought they wouldn't politicize what was essentially a personal decision? It didn't take 'em very long to make it political. But as far as the politics of this go, in real life very few people have anything good to say about murderers. Whatever Farrell and the ACLU's views are, they aren't shared by most Californians. Support for the death penalty here is both wide and deep.

Has Mike Farrell even worked since MASH was ended in the 70's?

If you mean left-wing activism, he's done plenty of "work"... But as for acting? Nope...
