That's Larry Linville. Character was Maj. Frank Burns. Mike "Boo Hoo" Farrell played BJ (!) Hunnicut.

Ta ta, Tookie.
Too bad, Mikey.
What a shame, I always really liked him on MASH.
For the record, I also thought that Karla Faye Tucker's execution was justified in spite of her obvious conversion.

Hawkeye wants Tookie released immediately and given 26 years' restitution. Hawkeye was played by Alan Alda, who, while also something of a left-wing loon, at least hasn't weighed in on the Dookster.

"After Williams blasted a football-sized hole in Albert Owens' back as he lay face-down on the floor of the 7-Eleven where he worked, the gang leader laughed about the "gurgling" noises the 26-year-old divorced father of two made as he died, according to trial testimony.
"And after Williams gunned down Yen-I Yang, 76, his wife, Tsai-Shai, 63, and their daughter, Yee-Chen Lin, 43, when he robbed their family-run motel, he bragged of killing "Buddha-heads," according to his pals' testimony."

Bet Arnold is devastated...NOT! Farrell was never a supporter of Arnold anyway....most of Hollywood had already turned their back on Arnold and he owes them NOTHING!

"Governor Schwarzenegger has demonstrated he is another cowardly politician," Farrell said... How about saying that to Arnold's face, Mike? Let's see who the coward is.

"Magdaleno Rose-Avila of Amnesty International said his organization was shocked by the governor's decision and further "disgusted by his tone ..."
I am disgusted with the gross oversights of Amnesty International. This phony human rights (leftist front)organization has lost its credibility and integrity of purpose.

Would these friends of murderers be mollified if the death sentence were carried out in a more humane manner? Perhaps they could just deny Tookie all food and water. I think he would die in about 10 days. It would be a peaceful and tranquil death, according to certain "experts."
Sound familiar?

"Governor Schwarzenegger has demonstrated he is another cowardly politician," Farrell said, adding the governor tortured Williams in the wait for clemency.
"The questions becomes: What does this act on his part tell us about himself? That he is a creature of politics."
Mike Farrell is a creature of cowardly leftist political tactics: defamation and vilification. What a bad act!

"Farrell, perhaps best know for his TV roles in "MASH" and "Providence," lashed out at Schwarzenegger" What did he lash out with? A wet noodle?
Arnold is supposed to care, why?

Brilliant! You give me a similar idea... pull his head through the prison bars (his body only partially through the bars, not his whole body), then take a syringe and suck out his brains. That would be a legitimate way to abort his existence (so we are told by those who know better than we do).

Tookie, your time is up.... and it's GOOD!!!!

Wayne Rogers isn't a drooling kneejerk liberal. His capitalist credentials as an investor don't necessarily reflect on his politics, but notice he was replaced by Farrel? Maybe he didn't "fit in?"

Also, we have to get serious about law enforcement. Get rid of laws that tie the hand of our courageous police officers. Give them a little more discretion.
Something is wrong with a country that has around 16,500 murders per year and only executes 50 or so people per year. There is no deterrent value there. That is a ratio of only one execution per 300 plus murders.
I bet if we got the ratio down to one execution per 10 murders we would see some real deterrent value.
To: TNCMAXQ
Sound familiar?Yes, very familiar. It would be such a 'euphoric' death for poor misunderstood Tookie.
