Where did you all hear that Arnold himself would be giving the news? It is my understanding that he would NOT be doing this himself.

Fox News is reporting they were given a heads up that Arnold would announce his decision shortly. They have not specified whether it will be live, a spokesman or a press release --- just the typical Fox Box - Tookie Williams Clemency Announcement Shortly.

thank you.....unless he's changed his mind....I heard earlier on Fox that Arnold will not be doing this publicly himself. If he does, imo, it will be to grant clemency. I can't imagine him waiting until the 'last moment' to go on air himself and say no. jmo
