Right underneath the paragraph that allocates funds for midnight-basketball and music-CDs for pregnant women.

I am surprised you didn't know that.

The "law" is what a judge says, not what is written. Any judge can stick his hand in your pocket and take what he wants. But, don't you dare criticize the judge - that's not good for our "judicial" system.

Thanks to the controlling Republican Party, right next to the clause that says Big Stupid Government can steal your property if it can extort more taxes from somebody else.
