Seems too many on the right are singing the same song. Let's get after Saudi Arabia.

Ignorance may be bliss but the fact is for now there is no solution other than to drill in ANWR and everywhere else we have natural resources.

It means removing the designation National Monument from Utah where the clean burning coal is kept from being mined.

I agree with you. It is also time to once again commence with nuke plant building. Burring natural gas to generate electricity is analogous to burring mahogany in a fireplace to stay warm.

The left wants us to be dependent on the middle east. It gives them hope for calamity.

Something you clearly aren't doing because of your own denial and trying to get other people to buy into your limited mindset.

Well as someone who read every single one of the posts here this week I hate to tell you but every single one of your posts WAS a whine. There was NO solutions offered, no ideas nothing but "Why doesn't ...insert name here...do something" Sorry but that person in denial is YOU. As someone who is, and has, spent most of his time for the last 20 years involved in politics, (incidentally I was one of 50 people who spent Thursday night talking to Sen George Allen and Sen Norm Coleman about things such as the Republican's PR problem) "my limited mindset" has a vastly greater grip on current political reality then your whine all the time self righteous, self important posturing mind does. So tell me "Enlightened one", How many US Senators have YOU talked to in the last 90 Days?

You seem to think some how you are "Doing something" by posting the same basic complaint a few hundred times. It gets even worse that your notions of what to do are absurd. A US President has ONE tool in dealing with the Coequal Congress. Persuasion. If the Congress Critter has chosen an conflicting course for personal or PR reasons, the ONLY people who can bring pressure to bear to change that course are the voters who elected that Congress Critter. It is NOT "Denial" to point out to the whiners the absurdity of their posting the same complaint over and over and over and over, thinking they are "Doing something" to help the cause. It does NOTHING to spend all your time trying to "Wake people up" to the problem they are all ready more then aware of.

Hate to tell you this but it does NO good at all to "Wake" Freepers up" to a problem they can do NOTHING about. Most of us all ready spend a good bit of time lobbying Congress and pestering "journalists" Not anything more the activists can do that they are NOT all ready doing. This is an absurd notion. The idea that there is some sort magic PR switch the White House can flick and make everything wonderful for the Whine All The Time Choir is a childish fantasy. Sorry, that idea is a prime example of mental denial on the part of certain Freepers, not an "wise" insight into reality

The person who CAN change the behavior you are upset with today is Lindsay Graham, but he is getting a free ride while you, and a couple of others, spend all your time whining to people who can do NOTHING to solve the problem for you. ONE person can change Lindsay Grahams behavior, Lindsay Graham.

The phone calls and letters you sneer at have WAY more impact, as any elected politician will tell you, then all this meaningless posturing by people on some Website. All this venting on Free Republic is not only meaningless, it is ineffective. Complaining all the time may make the whiners feel better, it will NOT fix the problem. What is worse by screaming about all of the GOP, the whiners create so much noise the REAL culprits like McCain, Graham and Hagel are being lost in their noise.

Well, you've just proven yourself to be a liar. I stopped right after the first paragraph.

Nearly all of my posts gave suggestions for how the problem of uninformed or lazy Republicans should be handled.

If anyone is whining, Johnnie, it's you. You seem to think it's a GOOD thing that the word about the relationship between Iraq/AQ is not discussed by the administration or Republican Congressmen. I've never seen anyone on this board endorse ignorance, until you came along.

When was the last time you saw the administration running hard with the Duelfer Report information?

Yeah it really worked so well for the Clinton's that their Administration spent 100% of their time on spin. Really got a lot of things done for the country old BJ Clinton did while he and his administration spent all their time managing their continual PR offensive. Amazing thing too. The Clinton's "echo" chamber spent all it time ECHOING the Clinton line as opposed to the so called "Conservatives" that spend 95% of their time lecturing the Bushies on what they can or cannot do.

Yep it really if good for the Country when a President's Administration forgets about DOING THEIR JOBS and spends all their time engaged in PR battles just to appease the Whine All The Time Choir in it's supposed base.

How about the Continual Whiners get off the sidelines and into the game for a change?

Yet another lie by you. I decided to keep reading for the laugh factor.

Could you possibly be THIS clueless? Evidently you are. What I've said repeatedly is that if people are in denial about a problem is that they WON'T make those phone calls and write those letters. Reading comprehension is a wonderful thing. You should try it some time.

Interesting that when this week's thread started Soul Seeker made the observation that we would not see a line up so favorable to Republicans again for a long time. Yet what did today's thread revolve around? Did we get reports about what Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala, or Zalmay Khalilzad, the U.S. ambassador to Iraq; or Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Ariz. said? Did we pick up good information we could use from their appearances? NO. Instead less then 5% of the messages on this week's thread even mentioned those people. Once again the Republican's message was drowned out by the continually whining of the usual suspects complaining endlessly about the Republicans PR Machine. 80% of the messages on this thread, once again revolved around the "Enlightened" crowd screaming about why the Republican's need to do something to get their message out.

Way to be the Democrat's Echo Chamber "Enlightened ones" why to drown out the Republicans message you CLAIM to what to be gotten out.

This week's top ten list for the all Linsday Graham Sunday thread.

Thanks Senator Graham for completely drowning out what Sen Session or Sen Kyl said. Thanks for completely overshadowing Ambassador Khalilzad. Thanks Sen Graham for triggering the usually litany of complaints from the Whine All The Time Choir about GOP's PR Machine so the Republican's message this Sunday was drowned out yet again!

Interesting to note, less then 5% of this thread's posts even mention any of the 3 forceful Republicans, Kyl, Sessions or Khalilzad while over 60% of this week's thread consist of the usual litany of complaints about Graham or why the White House doesn't press the Magic PR button and force the RINOS to all tow the party line on the Sunday shows. Yet people wonder why the Republican's have so much trouble getting their message out????

10. Beyond the Sea. #144. "How Long does it take to bake a Christmas Tookie" (Answer as of last night about 25 years).

9. Chuck54 #82 Amazing how different Surrender Monkey Democrats "War Heros" get treated from "Win Iraq" War Heros by the "news media".

8. #388 A.Hun. Need a Dump Graham movement in South Carolina.

7. #337 Miss Marple. Clear Graham/McCain are taking a page from the Clinton book and trying to triangulate themselves into the White House in 2008. #551 Bush to have interview with Brit.

6. Macia. #6 Murtha typical of the Democrats valuing image over substance. #59 Khalizad unusually effective spokesperson on Iraq. #38 Frist should focus on his job in the Senate first before thinking about 2008.

5. Rightwing Intelligensia. #22. Notice how none of the Sunday shows booked Sen. Joe Lieberman. #27 Either the Dems are pressuring Lieberman to shut up or they are pressuring the "news media" to ignore him.

4. Chgomac #26. Amazing how many OTHER adjectives could be used to describe Murtha that the "News Media" refuses to use. #332. RNC, not the President is where to look for the failure of the Republican PR machine. #280, 303, 315 Republicans need to set up a "Mock Court" for their Congress Critters to learn how to manage media appearances.

And the top 3? Have to wait for Snugs and the Ribbons.

It could also be that McCain will announce Graham for v.p. at the time of his presidential announcement because that is something no one else has ever done. That way he may win the pivotal SC primary after losing it in 2000.

Maybe because they weren't on any shows that some freepers were able to watch. I know they weren't on any shows that I was able to watch.

And when Republicans do make good points, I and other freepers certainly DO point it out and applaud them. I have been on threads where freepers have suggested we send strong Republicans thank you e-mails and phone calls. So why don't you quit mis-representing what is said on this thread? And your constant lying and whining is getting REALLY old, John.
