Oh what the heck.Well at least you had your glass of wine and your beautiful dog came back.I could never figure out dogs and why they take off.I opened the cage for our parrot Mickey today as she cried to come out.I held out my finger for her to hop on but she was looking around at the Christmas decorations.She took her time and looked around and I said,"Mickey-you wanna come out"She said "No" and went back in the cage.
I was so happy to see her that I almost kissed her on the mouth.
Diverted at the last second and planted it between her eyes.
Poor ole Mickey will take a little while getting used to Christmas decor.
