dark for us light for them
to the other way around again.
We light the candles and place the fire
we gave the order to the guard, WELCOME ALL
who've worn the cloak of defense on their arm.
Offer drink to sup and food to sustain the body
the warmth of laughter ringing round the corridors
Merry voices echo down from towers high above
a genteel feeling filters down, while we here don't tarry
in the offer of friendship sound,
with honest kinship on the hand offered
at the gate.

Thank you for writing back.
Believe it or not, I've been to New Zealand. When I go to NZ, it's to visit relatives. I haven't been there in a long time, but I'm trying to get my oldest son to leave America to visit relatives there and elsewhere in the South Pacific. Not going well at all with that.
I just read that Jonah Lomu is trying to come back. If he could come back to his phenomenal playing ability during the WC'95, that would be awesome. HOwever, I'm not sure how that will work out.
Since I'm too lazy to ask my cousins about it, what's going on with David Tua these days?? Always curious to hear what he's doing or not doing.
Also, I haven't seen much news lately about *Goldie*. Is he still playing cricket or has he comeback to rugby yet??
Congratulations to Dan Carter for winning the IRB Player of the Year. He's a cutie that one, but he is a great player.
I still long to see the days of Sean Fitzpatrick and Zinzan playing again.

By the way, Colonel_Flagg is now into rugby. Naturally, MoJo steered him towards the All Blacks first. No need to waste time rooting for the Lions, Wallabies, or Springboks. Hehe!
Although, I will root for the United States and Manu Samoa as well, but the All Blacks come first!
