Take a look at this Christmas display. I don't know what I think of the peace sign, but still entertaining

I've seen that, but wondered about the audio. Thanks for the clarification. Hopefully they won't get arrested for running a pirate radio station...

It's sad that the universal wish for peace expressed in lights at Christmastime would ever be seen through a political lens. Regardless of your feelings about the necessity for any particular war, isn't the dream of peace on earth something everybody can come together on?
Thanks for posting this--it's wonderful.

This display was in Ohio but there were so many traffic accidents and otehr problems the locla government made the onwer hsut it down and dismantle it.....sigh.

Well, the best explanation of the Peace Sign is that it actually stood for "Nuclear Disarmament" The semaphore code combination of the "N" and the "D" would create the well known "Foot print of the American Chicken" as you can see below:
Look at the N and the D below and overlay them into the footprint.
