Shouting down speech is just following the traditions already established by the Bolsheviks and the National Socialists. No surprises here.

Real impartial coverage here.
"We encourage diverse opinion at UConn, but this is blatant hate speech," said Knudsen, head of Students Against Hate.
Heard Howard Dean lately, buddy?

Of course it was going to be a food fight. If only the interlocutor would swallow some.

"Not having women vote is a joke," she said, reversing comments she has previously made. What's this about? Some journalist not understanding Coulter's tone or something? I can easily imagine Coulter's satire passing over the heads of journalists. I can't imagine Ann really calling for the end of sufferage.

...has a history of bashing Democrats
So, telling the truth about democrats is now called 'bashing'?
The truth is the democrats can't handle the truth. Expecially when a well-spoken person like Coulter or Limbaugh are always having to correct their lies with the truth.
BTW, as a Puerto Rican myself, I'm ashamed that that liberal cultural group would try to shout down free speech. Shouting down a speaker is totally contrary to any civilized culture. Talk about hate.

This is absolutely the most biased reporting job. I just showed it to my friends and they can't believe it either. The liberals made absolute fools out of themselves. They did disrupt the speech through playing music, conveintly not mentioned in the article, and Ann just called them up and for Q and A. One by one she just tore into everyone one of them. And even my moderate friends said they were convinced the liberals are completely insane. All week UConn was bombarded with how she was hateful and an extremists, and even they admitted she looked completely rational in front of them. One girl i brought who is kind of a liberal fence sitter (eats up all the B.S. the professors put out) is now saying "Ann Coulter is my Idol!"
Maybe because i personally witnessed it, but this is by far the most biased, out of line, article i have read in awhile.
Here was my view of the night here.

"Free speech for me, but not for thee" seems to be the liberal motto nowadays.
