I don't fault the air marshals - they did what they had to do. A person that really has a bomb is very unlikely to announce that fact.

Yeah, let's see, I'm an air marshall, guy acts weird, claims to have a bomb, when told to stop, reaches into bag.
I take one of these actions:
1. Tell him to stop again.
2. Watch with interest.
3. Shoot him 6 times as fast as possible.

Yup!!! I almost fell off my chair..I wasnt looking at the TV so I dont know which jerk said it!
If he forgets to take it he turns into highstrung nightmare.
There will be no suit over this. Marshalls will not be sued over this and the airline had nothing to do with it.
