I believe the President waited for the right time to counter these morons on the left, led by the vision-less Howard Dean, whose vision for the future can't see beyond the front row of his latest moonbat rally, and his grasp of history isn't capable of seeing beyond this mornings breakfast.

When the Democrats became nearly orgasmic over his plummeting Poll ratings, they figured it was because of their anti-war stand and their constant screams that "Bush Lied". Now that President Bush has fired back with a major speech explaining why the RATS are dead wrong, within a week's time, the Democrats are in complete meltdown mode and the tide of this whole thing has swung in Bush's favor.

This is no accident, Bush & Co. gave them all the rope they needed to hang themselves, and John Murtha put the noose around their necks

Ah Yes, Bush may have been at a low in the polls just long enough to give thse Demons a little false security. NOW, they can actually say what they think!

I really wonder who the next Republican President is going to be, and I sure hope he/ she is a conservative.

The 'Icans need to bring this up daily until Dean is given the boot. Pelosi, Kennedy, sKerry, and Murtha are all nothing but baggage on America's back. As a caller (to Rush?) said today (I'm paraphrasing): "How much longer do we have to pretend that the 'Rats are patriots?" Some 'Rats may be, but most I hear and see aren't.

At risk of sounding like a crazy conspiracy theorist....is it possible that Dean and Pelosi are in there so that Hillary can sound like the voice of reason?

Put a bunch of shrill nutt jobs into positions of authority so that Hillary the "moderate" doesn't seem so bad? Kind of like a teenage girl telling her parents she's pregnant (when she's not) so the tatoo won't sound so bad.

I realize that may be giving them too much credit. But....

Read Michelle Malkin's new book Unhinged: Exposing Democrats Gone Wild and you'll find out yes, they ARE as dumb as they look.

What did the Kerry spokesman say about Rush?

Statement by Kerry spokesman David Wade: 'Ken Mehlman’s filthy and shameful lie about a decorated combat veteran is disgraceful. Political hack Ken Mehlman and draft dodging, donut eating Rush Limbaugh have something in common. Neither of them know anything about how to make American troops safe. John Kerry will continue to speak out about how to succeed in Iraq and protect brave American troops'...

Juvenile, and a normal person would fire the spokesman, but this ought to be enough to send most Congressional Republicans running from this fight with their tails between their legs, looking to throw the unfortunate staffer or judicial nominee to the wolves in order to appease the Dims. It's on druge.

I think you might have something there.

I devoted an entire 2000 word column to this subject and I conclude the following;

Things are changing in Iraq.

Soon, Iraqi troop strenght will exceed the US by a large margin, add in the Police force and we are talking half a million men under arms.

We will then be pulling back to remote bases and used mainly for air support.

KIA's will drop off to almost nothing.

Troops will be rotating back to CONUS, and the thoughts they will be having will not be of defeat.

All this is just in time for the 2006 Mid-Terms.

The moonbats seem to be running the asylum and the Adults are out to lunch.

Life is gonna sooooo suck for the Dems.

Cheers,

knews hound

Wonderful post - thank you!!

"The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism, but under the name of liberalism they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program until one day America will be a socialist nation without ever knowing how it happened."

If ANYBODY knows about "filthy and shameful lies" about decorated combat veterans, it is jFnSkerry, and apparently his spokesman.

These people are beyond belief!

In an earlier thread 2 days ago I said John Kerry was the winner of the "Howard Dean: Gift that keeps on giving award for 2005". Can I give it back to Dean?

LOL!

Just reading all the defeatist, anti-American, treasonous comments by the liberal/left-wing pro-terrorist DimWits has got me steaming tonight!!! What really has got me pissed however is knowing that our Rat B@st@rd Republican senators & representatives are wimps & cowards and will merely overlook these treasonous statements by the DimWits! Geez, we gotta rely on Democrats to admonish their party for these statements. I'm starting to hate the wimpy cowardly Repub senators & representatives who NEVER speak up to denounce the Dims by name! Every time a DimWit opens their mouth, there should be 50 Repubs going on the attack... Nah, our guys never do that!!! What a bunch of friggin cowards!!!

Is the 'Rat Party going the way of the Federalists? How low do they have to sink to have their equivalent of the Federalists Hartford Convention?
