It's great that he's been able to make the most out of his time in Prison and it's fabulous that he can convert his faith to the lord but we are a land of laws that must temper justice over mercy. I'm sure that if he's really changed then he will be forgiven and his victims will too forgive him so enough talk and let the juice begin.

I wish the celebs who are demanding Tookie be spared would have to stand in front of the families of the four people he murdered and tell them that the deaths of their loved ones do not matter because Tookie wrote kiddie books. I love the way they proclaim how this criminal spoke out against gangs.

Well maybe one of the folks he shutgunned would have cured cancer, ran for political office, produced a movie, wrote a kiddie book, or would have won the Nobel Peace Prize. But we'll never know because Tookie used a shotgun on them.

I hope Arnold staff reads this and mark me down as another who wants Tookie off death row and on a row of unmarked plots.

I admit I have not followed this story too close until the past few weeks, but I do find it interesting that the this is the first time I have seen names of his victims;
Albert Owens, Yen-I Yang, Tsai-Shai Yang and Yee Chen Lin
That in it self is sad. the victims are forgotten, but the S.O.B that did the killing is in the news every damn day.
