Hello,
If you go to the moveon link: https://political.moveon.org/donate/thanksgiving.html
You will see that the soldier is mysteriously wearing pants in the photo, but in the moveon video that you can see by clicking on the photo, he is wearing shorts.
Also, in the opinion journal article he is wearing shorts at this link:

If you enlarge the moveon photo it looked to me like he was wearing one big pant leg covering both his legs.
Someone on a financial web site pointed this out to me.
