Don't know what those states will do once they start facing illegal immigration problems...

I think it went something like Elaine borrows Puddy's car, and finds all Christian/Christian Rock stations on the presets.

She's told to change them to see if Puddy changes them back...

Afterword:

Elaine: "So it doesn't bother you if I don't get in to the Christian thing?"
Puddy: "No. Why should it? You're the one going to hell..."

No idea.
Forgot to mention: personal income tax in Maine is very high as well. A relative of mine ( working class person ) pays more in state income tax than federal income tax.
Now, if that doesn't tell you something about a state.
On top of that they get beaten up with property taxes.

Well, in the hands of talented writers there is a wide range of stories one could create within a ' end of America ' scenario.
These story lines would not have to encompass the Russia vs USA stories we have seen years ago.

I predict Atzlan stories with very diverse casts living in complete harmony as they hunt down the loony, beer-and-tobacco adled Muriken Militia Gangs. /sarc

Congratulations to your son and thanks to him for his service. Yes it's in Philly this year. My son's considering West Point so I have to root for Army. Hope it's not too cold and I hope to see the CinC there too!

One of my favorite Seinfeld episodes:

The Beard

GEORGE: You fixed me up with a bald woman.

(Kramer flinches)

KRAMER: Bald?

GEORGE: Yeah, that's right.

ELAINE: Do you see the irony here? You're rejecting somebody because they're bald.

GEORGE: So?

ELAINE: (puts her hands up to her mouth) You're bald!

GEORGE: No I'm not. I *was* bald.

(Elaine grabs at the toupee, George dodges the grab.)

GEORGE: Elaine.

(Elaine grabs again and misses. George turns around and opens the door trying to get out. Elaine grabs the toupee and runs to the window.)

GEORGE: No, no, no Elaine.

ELAINE: (shouting) I don't like this thing. And here's what I'm doing with it.

(She tosses the toupee out the window)

GEORGE: Nooooo.

(He runs to the window, and the blind comes down on his head.)

I'm glad I'm not the only one bored with the Walmart horror stories, the Xbox problems, etc.

I know it's probably a slow news cycle but these stories are just so boring but it seems like all the talkies have to put it out there thinking we'll say,"OH MY TELL ME IT'S NOT TRUE, I'VE NEVER HEARD SUCH". Maybe they just feel obligated, like the weatherman that says, "expect 10 inches os snow overnight so you may have to leave a little early to get to work on time" kinda thing.

Set in Lawrence, Kansas, the film tells of a massive nuclear exchanges between the USA and USSR. Many of the missiles hit Kansas and Missouri, targeted because of their numerous Minuteman silos. The Day After opens a weeks before nuclear war begins, and ends around six weeks later. The film instantly became a media event, and was hugely publicized and discussed. It was widely - justly but irrelevantly - criticized. especially abroad, for its soap-opera treatment. Meyer's purpose was to bring home a propaganda message to ordinary people, which is precisely what soap-opera characters are perceived to be by most viewers. The film, as the final titles tell us, does give a remarkably mild account of the consequences of atomic war, gruelling though it is. Nevertheless, it was an act of courage for ABC to make this expensive film at all, since nuclear issues at that time were barely touched on by US tv, being unattractive to advertisers, and the nuclear debate was probably quite foreign to many viewers. Also, The Day After could hardly be seen as apolitical (despite disclaimers by ABC executives): Meyer himself said "the movie tells you that civil defence is useless", and observed that ABC gave him "millions of dollars to go on primetime tv and call Ronald Reagan a liar". Much of the film is routine in treatment if not subject matter, but it contains several outstanding sequences: the housewife who won't go into the cellar until she finishes cleaning the house; the lecture to increasingly furious farmers about implausible methods of "decontaminating soil"; a street packed with radiation victims on makeshift mattresses as far as the eye can see.

Both Navy and Army beat Air Force this year so this game is for the CinC Cup. Army has won four games in a row for the first time in ages, so they are coming in with very high expectations. Will give you a game report next Sunday.

Just how many opportunities at a TV show is she going to be given? I saw her ex Anne Heche was in some TV movie tonight. I can't buy her in a straight romantic role any more though!
