I think she is insulting the Iraqi's by serving this stuff. If she were to serve traditional Iraqi food there would have been roast lamb. I don't know what Iraqi's she consulted for this food but it's an insult to them. This sounds like the crap they feed the prisoners in Arabic countries.

Those photos are funny as hell, especially the over-aged hippies lined up for the free chow. How very open-minded and idealistic of them to substitute Iraqi food for their traditional Thanksgiving meal! And don't they look thrilled to death about it too.
