"I'm for Smoke-Free public places"

A restaurant isn't a public place. It's private property where the owner allows the public access to it.

Once again, a liberal position.

"Most people are. Majority wins. "

And again you show why you're not a conservative.

Conservatives believe in the concept of private property and principle instead of mob rule.

So, what do you do for a living???

Principles win...princples like private property,

---A restaurant is most certainly a public place. Let's not split hairs here. Here's how it works: The Restaurant can be owned privately or publicly (Corporation). Irregardless........they are open to the public and acknowledge and agree prior to opening to abide by the guidelines of the local Health and Safety Department.

Smoking is a health hazard, thus, cig smoke is being eliminated from public places....especially where people eat. But, that's another topic for another time. Many Conservatives in Washington and California voted for the Smoking Bans. New York City, too.

I also love this idea, too by Republican John Moolenaar: HERE . "Parents" should never smoke in their cars with their young children.
