Beacuse the number they were using to get ten million is the number of paid riders, they looked at receipts..

Look at the stops that the train is making: MOA to the airport. Airport to the airport (free ride). Airport to downtown.

This isn't serving primarily the citizens of Mpls/St. Paul, it's serving tourists, business people here for conferences, etc.

If they want to actually serve some Minnesotans, and relieve congestion (if that's possible), have it parallel 94 from St. Cloud, 94 from Woodbury, 35 from Burnsville, and 35 from Lino Lakes. Along 394 to the west would be nice too.

...and get it the heck off of surface streets where it messes up what should be alternative routes.
