A better comprimise might be to have him switch places with Jesse Jackson.

At leat Tookie Williams is sorry for what he has done.

NO no no no no! He not only isn't repentent, he continues to whine that he's innocent despite overwhelming evidence (and a confession) that he DID!!!

Excuse me? In the 1990s, Tookie planned to escape from prison and use both explosives and shotguns to take out whoever got in his way. This plot was uncovered before Tookie could put it into action.

Sorry?? My aching foot.

"At leat Tookie Williams is sorry for what he has done."

If he is sorry (I dont think he is), then good, he should be. He should be sorry, and he should be executed. Being sorry does not pay the price for murder. He should deeply regret his crimes, but that does not mean he should not be executed. I done believe he is sorry, but has nothing to do with it. He is not in prison to be "Reformed". He is on death row to be executed. Its different.

He is sorry he got caught at any rate.

My money says that he could be released from prison Sunday night and by Monday morning he would be practicing his old trade [killing and robbing].

Williams has never admitted guilt for the crimes he was convicted of: the murders of Albert Owens, Yen-I Yang, Tsai-Shai Yang and Ye Chen Lin during two separate robberies in 1979. At leat Tookie Williams is sorry for what he has done

Wonder how he can be sorry for something he doesn't admit to doing. Oh, maybe he is sorry for having been caught for what he did.

At least Tookie Williams is sorry for what he has done

How do you figure?

Tookie has yet to admit what he has done. He still claims he's "innocent"
