Looking at the sale flyers in the paper, I see disclaimers like "seven units per store."
I recall last year, some stampedes, people trampling over people to grab stuff.
Will the madness cost someone their life tomorrow?
Also, will anyone admit to joning the mad rush on tomorrow? For the record, though somewhat tempted, I never have.
Nobody in this house will be joining the stampede.
My wife will be in on it at 5am. I will be asleep.
What is she going after? Can I send her my list?
Everyone in this house will be sleeping off the feast we just had, including me.
I was going to go get one of the $378 HP laptops at Wal Mart tomorrow morning. Then, my wife talked me out of it. She said "Don't go get a laptop. We don't need it."
Guess I'll sleep in.
My wife *might*. She hadn't decided yet.
I'll still be sound asleep when all the stupidity starts....
I am going to get up at 4am, bear the zero degree weather with sub zero chill factors, stand in line for two hours to save $20.........not.
I won't be anywhere near them.
For the first time in 6 years I am not going. I always had a great time. BestBuy is the exception. That place is always horrible, so I avoid it.This year we are having Thanksgiving a day late so no shopping except on-line.
Good luck to those that do venture out there.

Ooops, should have added that by checking on-line today, my sis got a lower price on walmart.com than the ad stated for tomorrow for MP3 players! So, she isn't going in the AM either. lol
Now, the day after Christmas, that's the day to shop!
I make it a point of honor not to do any shopping the day after...although I will admit having gone to Walmart twice today and once yesterday...tomorrow I stay home from the shopping, but will probably get my oil changed before the storm hits us on Saturday. 'Sposed to get our first snow on Saturday.
I can get a laptop for under $400 on E-bay.
The 7" DVD players seem to be the hot item. I only saw a coule of ads for the ipods. Each of my sons lusts for one or the other.
I've got a couple of things that I need to exchange but that will wait until this or next Saturday. No way do I want to be stuck in the road gridlock tomorrow.
BTW, I'm a retailer's worst nightmare. I start Christmas shopping in June and have it done by the end of September. This way I can take my time and get a good gift for everyone on my list and at a good price rather than rushing around tomorrow from store to store trying to buy everything at once.
My son works at Circuit City, nuts will be there at 5:00 a.m...yes, nuts....
I wasn't going to post, and then you mentioned Best Buy.
Best Buy (dubbed 'Worst Buy' by me three years ago) should bother to employ people who know what they are talking about...heck, employ anyone they want. Never, and I mean never, have I actually seen a Best Buy employee outside of the area that houses printers and the checkout. The guy that I talked to about printer cartridges wasn't even aware that printers had cartridges.
Try, just try to get some help with a DVD or a CD or anything besides a printer...and even then...well, just forget it.
