Just got this information from alice_in_bubbaland, who attended the meeting at Warrent Comminuty College last night.
The Prof. (John Daly) submitted his resignation letter and the Board of Trustees accepted it!!!!!!!!!

He was only a part-time instructor.
Many of the instructors at community colleges are part-time personnel.
Most part-time (adjunct) instructors are not covered by tenure, etc.
