We do not wish to defend the U.S. administration. We all elected the Democratic Party against the Republican Party....We have suffered much pressure on the part of Jewish organizations in the U.S.
Robert Worley
I'm sure a Jewish organization put panties on his head.
As a Marine who served in the 1980s, I am incensed and insulted by this action by the Presbyterian Church and believe that their actions are near placing them beyond the line that classifies them as a "church."
Anyone who doesn't believe that Hezbollah is just as much an enemy as Al Qaeda in this war is a traitor and a scumbag.
In fact, persistent reports indicate that Al Qaeda and Hezbollah have cooperated in training and logistics. Moreover, reports also indicate that Hezbollah has had operators in Iraq.
And need i remind anyone that the Khobar Towers was pulled off by a Saudi Hezbollah wing, not Al Qaeda.
Freepers need to contact the Presbyterian church and express our outrage.
Why do these denominations always let their left-wing idiots represent them internationally? I mean, there are conservative people in the Presbyterian church. And I don't believe it's necessarily Christian to sell out to enemies of the United States.

You are correct that this is often the case.
I know that the PC-USA has teetered on schism for a number of years now. The whole "gay" issue with mainline churches isn't just about gays and lesbians, but rather symbolic of an entire ultra-liberal agenda that permiates the denominational headquarters, the seminaries, and about 1/4 of the churches.
Hizbullah, don't forget Beirut.
I'm with you on this. And, I'm Presbyterian. But, once again, I have to make sure folks know: the Presbyterian Church, USA is APOSTATE. They are liberal and have been going more and more away from Biblical truth since 1973.
The Presbyterian Church in America (a.k.a PCA) is CONSERVATIVE, BIBLICAL, and EVANGELICAL.
The PCUSA is more of a sect that a denomination. Just make sure that when you contact the Presbyterian Church, make sure it's the PCUSA.

As a member of the PCUSA, here is my response to reading this article: AAAAAAAARRRRRRRGH!
Thanks for the heads up. I am Catholic and religions all have faults due to the fact that their members are human.
Would have served all of them right if during the meeting someone snuck in and detonated a suicide bomb!
They're at it again (barf alert).
I was just about to type my own PCA reply when I read yours. It is sad to watch the PCUSA degenerate deeper and deeper into apostacy...
The morons must not read any of Hezbollah's or the Ayatollah Khomeini's beliefs. If they had their way, all Presbyterians would be swinging from a rope, like they did to a great, brave American named Colonel William Higgins USMC.
I am a Presbyterian, too. Reading this article makes me sick to my stomach. The PCA would never indulge in such behavior. I know this because a brother of mine is a PCA minister.
Great Minds do think alike. The PCA church I attended in Panama City, FL, had a HUGE military and former military presence. They made anyone in uniform feel very welcome, unlike the PC-USA church just down the block.
Hizballah, just so you know, you can keep them if you want.
Just once I'd like some of these leftist a--hole big mouths to stay in the land that is fairer than the U.S. Folks, don't let us keep you from paradise on earth. Stay there.
I'd just point out that Presbyterians, even liberal ones, don't have 'fathers'.
Other than that, nothing else in the story surprises me.
The only thing about this story that surprises me is that the delegation didn't end up converting to Islam before they left Lebanon. Or maybe they did and that just didn't get reported.
They'd better not ask for tax exempt status. Clearly they are admitting they are political and have identified themselves as Demonrats. Good to know. I'm looking for a church and I know to keep my distance from these peoples' brand of Christianity.
