Congressman Murthas On-Line Survey
Please indicate which of the following best summarizes your view on what the United States should do in Iraq:
We should re-institute the national draft to increase troop levels to where we can seal the Iraqi borders and stop the passage of insurgents and insurgent-supply missions.

I agree. I voted to back Murtha's position. Glad I had this opportunity!
Your vote goes through even without giving info.
At least I assume it did.
Thanks for the revised link.
They've pulled it already,or the link is bad... just get a page not found now.
Either they didn't like the results or they caught on to Freeping and DUing it.
Troll alert: the guy with 3 names and no brains is back...
LOL... Even better. I'll give it a few more wacks too....

This piece of crap poll is back up, 56% for the good guys, 6600 votes {out of 11,000}. You can vote until you tire.
I was looking for this one:
Even after Vietnam and Somalia, some folks haven't learned the downside of cutting and running...
These are the results from your web survey.
The sample survey started on 11/22/05.
The last response was on 11-22-2005 15:33.
Please indicate which of the following best summarizes your view on what the United States should do in Iraq: |
# Votes | % |
A We should immediately remove all troops. | 1556 | 12.3 |
B We should redeploy to the periphery of Iraq as soon as practical to protect troop safety and give the Iraqis incentive to take charge sooner, not later. | 3203 | 25.4 |
C We should maintain current troop levels until Iraq builds an army to defend and stabilize their country, even if that takes years. | 6712 | 53.2 |
D We should re-institute the national draft to increase troop levels to where we can seal the Iraqi borders and stop the passage of insurgents and insurgent-supply missions. | 1146 | 9.1 |
E None of the above. | 3 | 0.0 |
Total | 12620 |
That would have been a good choice too.
Good for you.....we have to let our voice be heard in any way possible!
Choice C is now down below 50%.
48% maintain troop strength until Iraqi's build an army.
Other percentages are irrelevant.
Down below 46% now...I believe the poll has been DUped.
It's funny that when someone asks these guys what they would do, they pretty much suggest that we do what Bush is doing.
The du'ers got out of bed, it's after 3:00 pm in the east. Some du tech head is running a program and murtha's crew will take the poll down when they get the results they want. No big deal.
I chose maintain but that's not really my view. My view is that troop levels should be determined by commanders in the field and we should maintain a presence in Iraq as long as they will have us and certainly long enough to hand over the reins of security to an elected Iraqi government and security force.
I don't give a rat's what this guy's war record was...he's now a senile old fool. Give it a rest! You didn't even vote to withdraw immediately when you had a chance! Idiot!
The method I told you about in freepmail does work, looks like the DU crowd caught on.
