"silly and boneheaded"???
She watched him murder her parents, then,without a twinge of love or compassion for them, took off with the murder. That's little beyond silly or boneheaded, I think.
Just like Charles Starkweather and Caril Fugate in 1958. If it wasnt for the 24 hour news and alerts the same thing might have happened again but he killed 11 people in 8 days.
Do we know anything about David's parents? I haven't seen them in the news.
I agree. I did stupid things at fourteen, but running off with a murderer wasn't one of them.
