claiming two new ordinances banning roadside parking and camping infringe on their right to protest near President Bush's Crawford ranch.
They can still protest just not park on the roadside and camp in the ditch within the limits of the ordinances which I think is 5 miles of the ranch.

Too bad they can't make city ordinances with the death penalty.
This ordinance is quite clear and reasonable -- no judge, especially in TX, will put up with any fancy lawyering about how camping in a ditch is free speech. Say goodbye to the commies.

DENIED! Go home, Cindy! If you still have one.

I don't think they have much chance at this. It's up to the locals to determine the zoning regs.

I wonder if there is an ordinance banning the stockpiling of cow manure upwind of said locations, or possibly bee farming or a mixture of the two.

They have no legal right to force the county to
change theire laws to accomodate these dirty ranting
law breakers. They didn't change the laws in the
middle of a protest. the Protestors are required to
obey the Laws and ordinances, same as every one else.
No matter how big a temper tantrum they throw, or
how many ACLU plague rat shysters they get to try
and pervert the Crawfdord justice system. Let them
all spend Thanksgiving in a tent and barned wire
outdoor temporary prison, eating baloney sandwiches
and drinkng Kool Aid.

These dingbats are going to get somebody killed. I drove those roads and it's hairy enough having opposing traffic during daylight hours. Most driveways are wider than those roads.
And at CAMP CRAZY, they were in the road with flagmen alternating traffic like a road construction site because the road wasn't safe with all the parked cars hanging out and liberals walking around in a daze.
All the dipsticks need to do is park in that field they were given last time.
Last time, when the US SEcret Service tried to warn them of the danger at night, the creepy bastards went around telling everyone who would listen that they had been "threatened". That's not going to help Cindy's "Karma" a whole bunch, lying like that.
