They can still protest just not park on the roadside and camp in the ditch within the limits of the ordinances which I think is 5 miles of the ranch.

Too bad they can't make city ordinances with the death penalty.
This ordinance is quite clear and reasonable -- no judge, especially in TX, will put up with any fancy lawyering about how camping in a ditch is free speech. Say goodbye to the commies.

I went up to Crawford for the opening of Fort Qualls and the Support the Troops rally. The locals told me that Sheehan bunch was doing more than just camping in the ditch. They were using the bathroom in the ditch because they had no porto-potties.
They started out using buckets and then dispensed with that. I guess they didn't have the money to rent porto-potties. The locals were sickened by the filth.
They also told me that the aging hippie women staying at the Peace House were swimming nude or in their underwear in the local swimming hole. The young son of one of the women saw one of them nude. A sixty-year-old.

I don't think they have much chance at this. It's up to the locals to determine the zoning regs.

I wonder if there is an ordinance banning the stockpiling of cow manure upwind of said locations, or possibly bee farming or a mixture of the two.
