Get ready..make a fresh pot of coffee. Put the baby down for a nap. Hold all your calls.. VP Dick Cheney will be delivering a major response to the Dems who want to cut and run from Iraq in a LIVE speech from the Heritage Foundation. On C-span 1 at 11 AM, scheduled for one hour. and you can expect all the cable news nets to carry it...and then Rush is back today, and will explain it all for us again..and it would NOT surprise me if the Veep turns up as a special guest on Rush's show today..
I was her first responder before Hurricane Wilma. She's got the longest legs and tail I've ever seen on a kitten. I could have easily named her long tall sally but I wanted to call her FEMA and we hear her name on the news quite often.
bttt
I'm pretty confident it won't be Blanco or Nagin.
Putting politics aside..Cheney would have a hard time because of the health issue..you could trot out every cardiologist in the world to say he's fine, but many people would have a sense of worry..given his cardiac history...BTW...McCain, if he runs, will have the ame problem..the skin cancer thing..wait till people start readign about melanoma, how it is the deadliest, and least treatable type of cance..
Great job of posting this.
My fingers are fast, but I forget about the keyboard when our guys make great points.
Neither he nor the approving airhead ditz interviewing him ever thought of bringing up the fact that the MSM does not want to publish good news from Iraq, just bad. No wonder much of the sheeple masses have such a negative impression of this war.
What a waste of time and oxygen Ross was on Fox after the speech. He was as sharp as a thimble today.
(......or, shudder ((( )))) he's one of THEM, the pod people)
Leni
Yeah..Biden will be speaking later...he is probably getting repeated phone calls from Soros telling him what to say...
There was one woman caller that brought up the article that said that Harry Reid admitted he didn't even READ the intelligence report before he voted on the War Resolution...
I bet she was a freeper!!
How about Dr. Rice? (if shes willing to put off her aspirations of being football commissioner) |
My neighborhood moonbat now informs me that because Cheney outed a CIA agent many people died....I of course need to get my news from more moderate sources
I can sum up the democrats response:
Bush is Hitler.
9/11 has nothing to do with anything.
Bush is Hitler.
From his recent comments about Alito, Colorado's newest senator sounds like he's firmly gone over to the dark side..
Anyone know when the Pres is expected "home"?
Wanna bet he joins the troops for Thanksgiving again.
That oughtta drive the Cowards/TRAITORS/Democrats completely crazy.
I would have liked Cheney to break it down a bit more with what has been found (whether the planes that were buried, uranium, VX-RDX and missing Al Qaaqa stocks... etc.
To challenge the number of dead... not 2000+ in the war theatre, 600 were non-combat related, wounded... there's a 90% turnaround-minor injuries not requiring 24 hour hospitalization, numbers of insurgents and playing card terrorists captured thus far, the elections, the discussions between the factions now, the Oil and the revenues being produced for Iraq, number of structures built and repaired, women that have jobs and girls that go to school, changes in other parts of the middle east as a result, those Oil for Food parties and their excuses for not joining us in the WOT and lastly maybe comments from generals or leadership in Iraq.
I am beginning to think that in order to be a democrat your elevator cannot reach the top floor. They make some of the most totally unbelievable stupid statements.
I'm glad he didn't have Q & A! Hell, I can recite the bs questions they would ask, if it will make you feel better. ;*)
You think Nagin could go with the Sheehadist to Iraq with buses to get them out?
"Caller from Puerto Rico feels that he is a second class citizen but supports the WOT and the President."
Well Hillary is going to give that caller from PR benefits as long as he gets to NY to vote for her.
