I was her first responder before Hurricane Wilma. She's got the longest legs and tail I've ever seen on a kitten. I could have easily named her long tall sally but I wanted to call her FEMA and we hear her name on the news quite often.

You know it's funny you mentioned about the long tail. I've had cats over the years, six at one time, four now, many now gone. But we just got this kitten and she's got the longest tail I've ever seen in a cat.

I mentioned this to the vet and husband and both look at me blankly. Until now I've never noticed much different in the length of a cat's tail. This kitten, unoriginally named Lucy-a calico gal- really, really has a long tail.

And yes, that "Lucy" moniker does evoke Dezi Arnaz type summonses across the household. ;)
