3 Dims and 3 Pugs in the Senate wrote a letter warning they would do an old-fashioned filibuster until the end of the season. Leahy told Specter he would oppose and that brought Specter to pull the conference.

Sorry I fell asleep. Good finds there on Patriot Act renewal. I'm hoping we have a few more threads on it so we can urge people to call their senators.
