Did Ford actually have to be restrained from physically attacking the congresswoman?
bttt
This new strategy of going on the attack with strictly the facts this time (unlike the Dems with lies) is working wonders.
Stay out of the gutter, which us Republicans have such a distaste for that it makes us think we need to just let the Dems get away with it all the time, is the way to change this Republic for the better.
It seems to me that it works and it seems to me that there is a 100% of it working (in the long-run.)
Our local NBC affiliate reported on the debate from last night on this evening news. Citing the vote as a "Republican stunt intended to embarrass the Democrats", I wondered what school of journalism the reporter came from.
While it WAS a Republican stunt intended to embarrass the Democrats, and it DID a good job of it, I sent them a letter asking them when was the last time they noted a Democrat STUNT being performed to embarrass the Republicans.
No response.
"They ain't fit to be my town's dogcatcher."
That is an insult to honest, hardworking dogcatchers everywhere.
Please update your poem.
What about that other infamous Liberal Vet, The War criminal who's team slit the throats of Vietnamese civilians, you know, the other Kerry? There's a pattern here folks, the left wing welcomes the worst we had into their ranks and markets them as party "War Heroes."
This gang of thugs wrote the book on Hijacking.
You are right. BUT the reason Hunter's bill has been nicknamed "Murtha's" bill is that it echos in plain english what Murtha suggested (and it's well documented) on Thursday. He said that we should immediately withdraw and redeploy our troops out of Iraq. Friday night he cited a questionable (and probably fictitious) poll claiming 80% of the Iraqis think the US is an army of occupation. THEN, he voted against a resolution which was his expressed opinion. Murtha is not to be trusted any more than another lauded war hero ~ Benedict Arnold.
Actually, I thought the article was the one from last night who charged at Jean Schmidt. It did appear for a while that he might physically assault her.
He was probably in Beirut, Panama, Grenada, and Desert Storm

"He was probably in Beirut, Panama, Grenada, and Desert Storm"
Thanks.
It seems the dems are more upset by the "dirty trick" the GOP played on them last night...
Than they are about the "dirty trick" Osama Bin Ladin played on us on 9/11....
and on the "dirty tricks" that Saddam have played on millions of people during his life..and one was almost the assassination of a POTUS!
Beautiful!!!!
I just emailed my liberal rep in the House (Kanjorski), thanking him for his "no" vote, and support of the troops and President. I really do appreciate him voting this way; it's about time! (snicker, snicker).
Maybe they think twice before they pull another "Closed Door" secret meeting. Jerks.
Murtha's traitorous behavior now is no different from John Kerry's traitorous behavior during the Vietnam War.
