Christmas Messages to the Troops

After this week's message of "cut and run" outrage this may seem like a small thing but one positive thing we can do right now for our troops is send them a Christmas message of support. No rants - just letting them know the ways that we love and support them. They need to hear this more than ever and what better way than a Christmas letter.
Working with FR's own Merry Band of Patriots, you can FReepmail me the message from you/your family. No need for your full name but your location would be nice so the troops can see these messages come from all over the USA. I will print them out of Christmas stationary and send them Priority Mail to our contacts around Iraq and Afghanistan. These contacts will see that our guys/gals get to see your messages to them.

Thank you and everyone who is answering this call.
I am leaving to travel out of state to be with my Mother who is suffering with cancer but I will try to check in when I can. I will finish printing out the messages this weekend and have them ready to ship on Monday.
I wish everyone a lovely Thanksgiving. We have much to be thankful for.

I'm surprised there isn't more traffic here. I didn't 'see' this thread until Diva's ping. Could this and the other good ideas down thread maybe be subject of a "Freeper Canteen" lead in, to get more eyes and folks onto this?
