Most people don't know this, but on French flags, the red and blue sections are attached to it by Velcro.

Just took a look on severa websites. Wouldn't you know it.. not ONE French company selling flags :P

Guess if we're going to do this we'll have to make them up.

A very simple, inexpensive way is to get a wooden dowel (most any building store will have one) approximately 5 to 6 inches long.

But a plain white handgerchief, fold it until it fits the dowel and looks like a flag. use a stapler to staple it into place.

Envelope addressed to the addy above and voila. You've made your statement.
