That is the problem...WE get all upset and passionate about how the war and our troops are being treated by the dems...
But, these guys are POLITICIANS....which means that they are on a whole different wave-length than we are.
This is just a grandstanding opportunity for some of them, I am afraid.
I knew we were in trouble, when Gingrey wasted a minute of his time on Tom Osbourne...and all he did was get up and cry "can't we all just get along?"...pfft

I'm willing to bet CNN doesn't cover the republicans' resonse to Murtha. But I'm willing to wait-and-see on them.

If their politics cost innocent lives, they don't deserve our respect.
We've been civil enough with these traitors.
To: SerpentDove
Pitiful,
I thought more of Curt Weldon.

Thank you. We beat it back for a while but as the oncologist said, in the end it will return. And so it has. She's a trooper though.

THis was the danger. There will be no coverage except Murtha's speech.
You know they told CNN this was coming, and set it up.
Now he's saying we can't trust the commanders to tell the truth. But he was a "mind reader" and knew what they really wanted.
To: CharlesWayneCT
Dems just can't say and vote: "That's right! We didn't mean all those awful things we've been saying about the military and their mission." lol. They are instead "defending Murtha".
Oh, the esoteric meaning of Murtha.
Are the Dems suggesting that defending Murtha is more important than the business at hand? ... YES.

That's right. The past has nothing to do with this. Murtha, is a traitor. This is hurtful to America. I will not shower him with praise and pseudo glory!!
He should be the one who is shunned!

Murtha saying there aren't enough troops. He reiterated the war is not going as advertised (his new slogan).
Troops and their families are calling and crying to his staff.
To: doug from upland
Hey, he said something I agree with! The war is not going as advertised! (by MSM, Murtha and Dems)
